How It Started: Walking Toward Something More

Laura began her fitness journey three and a half years ago with a simple daily walk. As she built consistency, she moved into group fitness classes—but eventually, something felt missing.

“I wanted more coaching, more focus on strength, and help learning specific skills,” she explained.

That desire led her to check out different gyms in the area, and ultimately brought her to NW Indy Athletic Club.

From Burpees to Barbells: Real Wins, Real Confidence

Since joining our gym, Laura has made some serious progress—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. She lights up when talking about her accomplishments, and for good reason.

“It’s really cool to have a challenge you’re working toward—and then to actually achieve it after months of trying.”
